Harrison Hope is requesting that all Oklahomans’ become part of the movement to mend broken communities and families. Breaking cycles that are attached to communities and families demands the support from every sector in the State of Oklahoma. This is a challenge that cannot be solved from one single industry or organization. The Board of Directors at Harrison Hope are a group of Community Leaders, Investors and Mental Health Recipients who share a passion to impact the lives of individuals and families across the State of Oklahoma through a systematic program change infused with education and training that will provide a holistic approach to recovery and mental health care. The duties of the Board shall include, without limitation, to establish the general policies of Harrison Hope, to manage the business and affairs of Harrison Hope, including to establish its budget, to cause the financial records of Harrison Hope to be audited annually by certified public accountants, and to work directly with the Executive Director and Leadership staff of Harrison Hope. In addition, the Board shall possess and may exercise all powers granted to Harrison Hope by law, the Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, (the “Articles”), and Bylaws.
