Tri-City Collective, in partnership with KOSU & the Tulsa Artist Fellowship, launch Focus: Black Oklahoma, an hour-long news and public affairs program on various topics relevant to the African American community statewide.
Focus: Black Oklahoma features a spotlight interview supported by stories on current topics and events affecting Black Oklahomans. These topics news, politics, current affairs, education, family, health, relationships, law, finances, business, arts, spirituality, technology, sports, and more.
Focus: Black Oklahoma serves as a catalyst for change and understanding by strengthening Oklahoma's ability to create awareness for a more diverse and inclusive population.
Opportunities available through this internship include but are not limited to:
-Networking and increased understanding of nonprofit administration
-Create and strengthen relationships with nonprofit leaders citywide
-Work alongside and receive mentorship from a team of nonprofit experts
-Ability to become better acquainted with job opportunities in the nonprofit sector and grow as a professional
